VP Efficiency Initiatives
ATO and industry leadership are committed to a collaborative effort to improve efficiency. The Efficiency Focus Five are annual performance initiatives, selected by Vice Presidents of several ATO service units in consultation with leaders from major NAS users, that will improve the efficiency of the NAS.
Improvements in each of the areas of focus contribute to more effective utilization of NAS resources, resulting in a safer, more effective NAS.
